Terms of Use — EdgeLuma Website and Waitlist

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the website published at edgeluma.com, including registration on the EdgeLuma waitlist. They do not govern the EdgeLuma product, which is not available to users; separate terms of service will be issued before any account can be created.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice published on this website. The Privacy Notice is a separate document and does not form part of these terms.

2. Who operates the website

The website is operated jointly by Raffaele Anagni and Matteo De Piccoli, natural persons resident in Italy. No legal entity has been incorporated; upon incorporation of the operating company, that company succeeds to these terms and they will be reissued. You can reach us at edgelumamain@gmail.com; a postal address is supplied on request to that mailbox.

3. Acceptance

By using the website or registering on the waitlist you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. The website and the waitlist are directed at persons of 18 years or older.

4. The waitlist

Registration on the waitlist is free of charge and creates no account. It is a request to be notified when a place in the product becomes available; it gives no right to receive an invitation, no right of access to the product, and no date by which either will happen.

Invitations are issued in batches selected by us. The selection is informed by the time of registration, by registrations attributable to your share link, and by whether the optional questions were answered; no queue position, batch or date is guaranteed.

You may leave the waitlist at any time: every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and its effect on your data is described in the Privacy Notice. Leaving does not prevent you from registering again.

We may decline or remove a registration where the form, the referral mechanism or the website is abused, including registrations made by automated means or with an email address that is not the registrant's own to give.

5. Referral links

Every registration receives a share link. Registrations arriving through your link are counted when we pick the next invitation batch; they do not entitle you to a specific advancement, position or date. Referrals that are automated, self-made or otherwise artificial may be disregarded, and a share link may be withdrawn in case of abuse. A share link has no monetary value and confers no entitlement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website as it is offered to a human visitor. In particular, you agree not to register an email address that is not yours to give; not to access the website or submit its forms by automated means; not to probe, disable or interfere with its security, rate limits or operation; and not to use the website for any unlawful purpose. Submissions are rate-limited and screened for automation.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website and the EdgeLuma name and logo belong to the operators. You may view the website and share links to it; no other licence is granted. Bybit and Binance are trademarks of their respective owners, named on this website only to identify the venues whose markets and published fee schedules EdgeLuma works with; EdgeLuma is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by either.

8. No investment advice

Nothing on this website is investment advice, a personal recommendation or an inducement to trade. We hold no authorisation from any financial supervisory authority and provide no regulated investment service. Where a performance figure appears on the website, it is one example run of one system, shown with the venue, instrument, timeframe and period it came from; it is not a representative result, not a track record and not an offer.

The Service disclosure describes what EdgeLuma is, what it is not, and what a backtest can and cannot tell you. Decisions you take with information from this website remain yours.

9. Availability and changes to the website

The website and the waitlist are provided free of charge, as they are and as available. We do not promise that the website will be available at any given time or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or discontinue the website or the waitlist at any time. Should the waitlist be discontinued, registrants will be informed at the address they registered.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for damage arising from use of, reliance on, or inability to use this free website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence under Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code — or affects rights you hold under mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms, in particular upon incorporation of the operating company or before the product opens. The version in force, with its version number and effective date, is always the one published on this page. Where an amendment materially affects registrants on the waitlist, we will inform them by email before it takes effect. If you do not agree with an amendment, stop using the website and, if registered, leave the waitlist.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you act as a consumer, you additionally enjoy any protection granted by provisions of law that cannot be derogated from by agreement in your country of habitual residence, and any dispute falls to the courts having jurisdiction under mandatory consumer protection rules; for consumers resident in Italy, that is the court of your place of residence or domicile. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
